详细工作内容
Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for the talent to fill up their team -
Responsibilities:
•Provide customer service to local or overseas clients via email and phone calls
•Monitor the performance of customer services partners and fine tune their daily operation
•Maintain the FAQ of the website
•Assist in daily operations at the online website in Hong Kong
•Arrange internal cross-departmental meetings and negotiate with vendors and other external parties
•Occasional business trip if necessary (East Asia Area)
Requirements:
•Degree or above in Sales & Marketing or related studies
•Minimum 1 year practical customer support experience in the retail industry dealing with consumer goods for individuals (B2C)
•Clear communication by e-mail and phone call with convincing and organized manner
•Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
•Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2/Level 2 of JLPT is preferred
Package:
•5 days / 09:00 – 17:30
•Double pay with Discretionary Bonus
•Kwun Tong
•12-15K
