详细工作内容
Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for the following candidate -
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer all incoming phone calls, emails and faxes in a timely manner and host visiting guests in a polite and professional manner
• Effectively and efficiently manage office supplies and facilities, local couriers and mails handling.
• Deal with enquiries or requests from the customers and public
• Provide general HR &l administrative and clerical support and perform ad-hoc project as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or above
• 1 years’ relevant experience
• With a pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Punctual, diligent, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken in Japanese, English and Mandarin, Good PC knowledge in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh graduates will be considered
