Our Client a trading company that handles Paper and Food products, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
General Affair and accounting Assistant
Job Description
- Responsible to provide a full spectrum of administration, secretarial, human resources and company secretarial supports
- Responsible for various general office administrative duties which include handling phone calls, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry if required
- Organize and distribute incoming & outing correspondences and courier documents
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
- Experience in accounting position
- Experience of handling trading documents will be an advance
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of Japanese is preferred
- Proficient in using MS Office, Word and Excel
- Responsible, polite, punctual and willing to learn
