TCS Manager, NEA

Responsibilities:
• To provide technical support in dyeing & finishing, from fabric to garment for fabric dyers, garment laundry, buying offices and apparel brands externally as well as customer service teams, business development & marketing departments internally. 
• Assisting regional customer service teams at technical level in claim management and trouble shooting
• Organizing technical seminars, in-house workshops, education and training in Asia according to the needs of the company’s and customers including institute
• Assisting customers in product developments with dyeing and finishing expert opinions.
• Support the business development team activities with dyeing & finishing assistance 
• Teaming with machinery suppliers, dyestuff/chemical suppliers, laboratory, institute to optimize our support to the customer. 
• To be part of the global technical support network, as a bridge to link the company with the market, develop new sources in Asia for the company
• Support the brand policing
• Via SAP and personal experience to support the BMS especially on some critical situation, supporting sales to allocate right quality of fiber to right customers.


Requirements:
• University or diploma in textiles-related subject 

• Minimum 5-10 years’ working experience in textile field. 
• Solid experience in dye-house is preferred
• Good networking and relationship with fabric mills in Asia 
• Good team work
• Good interpersonal & presentation skills
• Good sense of market (in touch with textile market)  
• Strong in technical knowledge 
• Good at representing the company and working independently
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
