详细工作内容
Our client, a Japanese Chemical trading company is now looking for a sales assistant.
Job duties
• Provide sales administration support to sales team in Hong Kong Office, such as processing sales order, monitoring delivery and issuing invoice etc.
• Communicate and liaise between PRC factories and clients
• Handle ad hoc projects
Job requirements
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of Mandarin and English
• MS Office applications with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
Package
• Hung Hom (Close to MTR Station)
• 13 – 15K
• 5 working days 09:00 – 17:30
• Double Pay & Discretionary Bonus
