Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese famous Food service company, is now looking for suitable candidate for IT Officer.
Job Description
Responsible for day-to day support, troubleshooting and solutions to IT related issues, system, application, network, software and hardware for both head office and stores
Handle system and application administration, maintenance, installation, configuration, troubleshooting
Documentation and Communication with system and application vendor
Perform system and application improvement or solution implementations
Preform ad hoc IT projects
Requirements
Academic Qualification: Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Good command of English and Cantonese
Good Command of MS Office (excellent skill in excel), knowledge of EPR functionalities is preferable
1~2 years or above experience in IT related works
Able to work independently
