Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese leasing company, which is the subsidiary of one of the largest Banks of Japan is looking for candidates with the following:
Job Description
- Provide technical supports on hardware, software, networking & system enhancement and maintenance services
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve computer, server and network issues
- Participate in implementing security policy building and execution
- Participate in all system-related projects
- Liaise with other departments, headquarter and other companies
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree, Higher Diploma in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Proficiency in MS Windows Server and application, SQL, MS Office and various commonly used PC hardware/software
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in computer or services support
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Japanese is a plus.
- Self-motived and a fast learner with positive attitude
- Attentive to details and capable of interacting with users on requirements
- Able to work under pressure and attend to ad hoc service requirements
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
