Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese famous Chemical & Plastics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
- Handle daily Import /Export documents and liaise with factory
- Outbound cargo shipment preparation
- Support with sales teams, Coordinate with forwarder, factories and transportation company or cargo agents for shipment arrange
- Checking the freight charges, and bills
- Maintain daily operations and support month end closing
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- At least 1 years of international trading experiences in trading company *not in logistics company
- Familiar with trade declaration
- Mature, responsible and stable, willing to work overtime, when it is required
- Good communications of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office software, including Word, Excel
- Experience in using SAP system is an advantage
- Data input into system with high accuracy
Pacakage
- Mon - Fri : 09:00 - 17:30
