Company Overview
Our client, a famous Japanese logistics and door to door delivery service company, is now looking for the below talent to join their team
Job Description
•Support sales team work, include but not limited to preparation of quotations & reports, ad hoc follow up etc.
•Maintain good communication with local & Japanese clients, local operations team & Japan headquarter
•Arrange small parcels shipment
•Handle daily incoming inquiries and call
Requirements
•High school graduate or above
•1-year customer service or operations experience preferably gained from logistics company
•Client focus with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese (JLPT N1 level)
•Good PC skills (Excel, Word, Word Processing)
