Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company of automotive parts manufacturer in Japan is looking for a suitable candidates as followings.
Job Description
- Handle purchase order from other branch
- Contact supplier for the order
- Arrange delivery schedule
- Import/Export control and storage management
- Shipping arrangement for every oversea branch
- Attend telephone conference with other branches (before or after working hours)
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good command of Japanese, English, and Mandarin
- Experience of delivery control in English
- Having Experience of liaison with Japan HQ
- Able to handle malt task duties with good time management skill
- Highly motivated
- Stable and good communication skill.
