Company Overview
Our client, Japan based trading company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, customs declaration, L/C documents
-Data entry
-Follow up shipping schedules with suppliers
-Coordinate with vendors and forwarders
-Assist in product control such as inventory control
-Liaise with Japan HQ and other oversea brunch in Japanese *Mainly email
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years shipping experience
- Excellent command of Japanese *N1 is highly preferred
- Strong Japanese-language writing&reading ability
Package
- Mon-Fri : 9:15am – 5:30pm
- Transportation : HKD600/month *fixed
- Medical
- Bonus : Min.1 month Bonus is guaranteed
- Annual Leave : 1st year (7) days Maximum (14) days
- Sick Leave
- Meal Allowance: HKD650/ month
- Probation Period: 3 months
