Company Overview
Our client, a famous Japanese automotive parts trading company, they are now looking for a talent to join their sales team:
Job Description
• Manage and coordinate with team members on the daily operational activity and provide support on logistics queries;
• Responsible for managing the full spectrum of order processing
• Prepare for shipping documents, invoice, packing list and delivery note
• Follow up schedule adjustment and deal with suppliers
• Visit overseas customers for performance review
• Other ad-hoc issue
Requirements
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive, well-organized and responsible
• Good team player and with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Capable to communicate in and write Japanese (N2 or above)
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available preferred
