Job Description
Handle enquiries from customers through email and phone
Attend the customers at service counter
Handle data entry
Assist in other ad hoc duties
Requirements
Good command of English and Mandarin
1-2 years working experience, preferably in customer service field
Less experience will be considered
Good command of MS office
