Company Overview
Our client, a famous toys trading company is looking for a shipping clerk to fill up their team.
Job Description
Able to handle full set of shipping documents for Asia Countries, including DN, I/E docs, L/C and bank documents
Update shipment plan, monthly sales result report, payment list and transportation report and report to department head
Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery
Coordinate with factories in China
Requirements
Diploma or above
At least 3 years relevant experience in shipping fields
Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in PC & MS office applications
Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
Immediately available is preferred
