Company Overview
Our client, a subsidiary of a Japanese electronics company is currently looking for candidate with suitable caliber to fill up the following position.
Job Description
- Handling full set of I/E shipping documents, e-booking and ASN.
- Coordinate with factories & other parties to ensure on time delivery.
- Responsible for courier of packing of sample and mailing support
- To liaise with shipping forwarders for shipment and transport arrangement and price negotiation
- Customs declaration by Trade Link
- Responsible for warehouse operation, such as goods-in, goods-out recording.
- Dangerous Goods Regulations knowledge and license is preferred
Requirements
- DSE or above
- 3 or above in relevant working experience in shipping or trading industry
- Good command of spoken & written Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing
