Our client, a Japanese leasing company, which is the subsidiary of one of the biggest Financial Company in Japan, now looking for suitable candidates as the following;
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Solve issues of computer, incl. errors and questions from headquarters and various related parties
- Prepare internal or external reports
- Liaise with other departments, headquarters, and other companies or vendors
- Participate in all system-related projects
- Educate IT knowledge and answer queries
- Assist administrative duties
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma holder in computer engineering or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in computer or services support
- Business level in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & etc.)
- Gentle, strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Immediately available
Packages
- HKD 18,000 – HKD 22,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Mon-Fri / Working hour 09:00-17:30
- Discretionary bonus
- Annual leave: 5 days / 1st year ( 11 days / 2nd year, Max: 20 days )
