Japanese Speaking General Manager - Franchising

Job Description
Our client, a leading Lifestyle Specialty focus in retail food & beverage and premium selection of products. They are currently looking for a right candidate to join their franchising business.

Responsibilities:

Development of the Franchise Business to the Asia Pacific Countries.
Working closely with the potential or current Franchisees
Planning and formulating strategies to maximize sales and profits for the Franchise business in the local markets.
Undertaking market and business analysis to understand the competition landscape.
Implementing the strategic plan covering the new product mix, marketing and distribution to achieve the target revenue, brand value preposition.
Ensure the Franchisee store presentation including site selection, shop design and visual merchandising to align with the corporate image guidelines
Occasional Business Trip
Report to Board of Director

Requirement:
Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, English and Mandarin
Bachelor degree in Catering / Business Administration / related disciplines
10 years or above experience in F&B / Catering, with 5 years at managerial position
Experience in Franchise Business Management
Capable to build up network for the expansion plan in the Asia Pacific countries
Solid experience in full Profit and Loss accountability
Strong in leadership and communication skills

Package:

65K – 70K (Neg.)
Discretionary bonus
Profit share
