Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese trading company dealing with electronic components is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Assist the Japanese Sales Manager
-Communicate with suppliers and factory to keep good relationships
-Cooperate with suppliers and vendors for delivery arrangement
-Preparing documents for shipping, customs, quotation and invoicing
-Occasionally pack the products / materials stocked in the office
-Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Experience in Electronic firm is an advantage
-Good command of Japanese and Mandarin
-Proficient in MS office application
-Responsible, good communication skill, self-motivated and hardworking
-Immediately available
Package
-14-15K
-Mon-Fri(9:00-18:00)
-Double Pay
-AL 10days 1st year, plus 1 day after 5th year
