Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now seeking for potential talent as below requirment
Responsibilities
- Assist in project management on global logistics
- Provide regular reports to management including warehouse billing report, stock take report and other ad-hoc reports upon request
- Evaluate existing processes and initiate improvement for billing, measurement, reporting and analysis based on Key Performance Indicators(KPIs)
- Collaborate with associates to improve efficiency, productivity and processes in order to reduce cost and enhance service level
- Support and drive logistics improvement initiatives to 3PLs including freight forwarders
- Other related logistics, freight and inventory matters as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 year working experience in related field of a similar capacity
- Experience in logistics industry, manufacturing and global supply chain management is preferable
- Proficient in application of systematic process / project improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, interpersonal communication and project management skills
- Well organized, capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Occasional travel required
- Good command of English and Putonghua
- SAP experience is a plus
