Our client, a famous Japanese electronics manufacturing and trading company, specialized in electronics parts, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Customer Service Officer & Sales Assistant – Electronics
Responsibilities
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, and etc.
- Handle company's logistic operations, including limited delivery control
- Delivery arrangement, which is placing & shipping an order from mainly Wuxi factory
- Ensure their service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Business level in Mandarin & English
- Knowledge of Japanese company would be advantage
- Cheerful, outgoing, self-motivated
- Immediate available
Package
- HKD 11,000 – HKD 14,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 08:30 – 17:30
- Double Pay & Discretionary
- Annual Leave: 7 days / 1st year, ( +3 days special leave after probation ), Max 20 days
- Food allowance HKD 300, Full attendance allowance: HKD 300
