Japanese Speaking Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Footwear Retail

Our client, a Japanese based footwear trading and Retail Company is looking a talent to join their sales and marketing team:
 
Responsibilities
-          Manage daily order and control inventory
-          Key contact for suppliers and factories, as well as stores and other business partners
-          Visiting shops(TST & CWB) around 3 times per week for product transportation and shop management
-          Making sales promotion poster, POP, etc.
-          Required to work on Sat or Sun during sales events(Holidays & Allowance will be provided)
-          Monitor the sales system called “POS”, for example ensure a correct stock quantity and selling price
-          As a main person for following up shipment of wholesales customer
-          Handle shipping documents, like LC, and custom declaration(small portion)
-          Any ad-hoc duties
 
Requirements
-          Diploma or above
-          Good communication skills of Japanese (N2 or above), Mandarin and English
-          1-2 years’ experience in retail distribution/sales coordinator role
-          Knowledge of Photoshop/AI would be an advantage
-          Open to OT when required, self-motivated, detail minded and good team player 
-          Immediate available is highly preferred

-          Mon-Fri(09:00am-06:00pm※Sat or Sun if there are events)
