Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for the following candidate -
Duties
Assist in sales executives to handle orders received from customers, invoicing to customers and arrange shipment to customers within their specific time schedule.
issue purchase order to suppliers, arrange and monitor shipment schedules
assist sales executives to solve problems of customers regarding to our goods.
Requirement:
Diploma or equivalent or above
Proficiency in command of English and Mandarin, with Japanese speaking is highly preferred
At least 2 year relevant working experience
Independent, Organized, self-motivated and hardworking
Good computer literacy
