详细工作内容
Our client, a Japanese manufacturer and distributer of their own branded Watch is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping and invoice
- Inventory check of the goods
- Liase with logistic company for the shipping and delivery schedule
- Monitor shipping and delivery schedule
- Report to a Japanese Sales Manager
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- F5 or above
- At least 3 years experience as a shipping coordinator
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in Japanese will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS office application
- Immediately available is preferred
Package
- 15K～16K
- Mon~Fri(9:00~18:00) / Sat 6 times a year(half day)
- Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
- AL 1st year 7 days(+3.5 days company leave)
- Location: Lai Chi Kok
