Our client, a wealth management company, is looking for Head of HR / Admin with following requirements:
Job Descriptions:
- Perform a full spectrum of HR duties and formulate HR policies and processes in compliance
- Benchmark compensation and payroll, and maintain effective staff reward
- Manage general office administrative functions and supervise admin team
- Work closely with the management team to ascertain their needs and recommend effective human resources strategies to support business growth
- Ad hoc project
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 5-8 years HR experience preferably in banking / finance but other industry is also considered
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Native in Cantonese
- Well organized, self-disciplined and able to multi-task
