Work details
Responsibilities
-お客様を訪問し、お客様の職場で現場作業を遂行(場所:セントラル)
-お客様やITチームメンバーとのコミュニケーション(メール、TEAMS等)
-お客様とITチームのメンバーとのミーティングに参加し、ITプロジェクトのドキュメント(会議の議事録/メモの作成等)をサポート
‐プロジェクトドキュメント(Office関連のWord、Excel等)の更新・準備
-ITチームメンバーをサポートするその他関連職務
-Visit customer and work onsite at the customer’s workplace (in Central)
-Communicate with customers and our IT team members (e.g. email, TEAMS etc.)
-Join meeting with customers and our IT team members to support documentation (e.g. take meeting minutes/memo) for our IT projects
-Update/prepare project documents (e.g Office related Word, Excel etc.)
-Ad hoc duties to support our IT team members
Requirement
- 2年以上の社会人経験、ビジネスマナー
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと書類作成のスキル
- MS officeスキル(Office関連のWord、Excel等)
- 流暢レベル以上の日本語スキルと日常会話レベルの英語スキル
- IT技術の知識は不要、あれば尚可
- 基本的には派遣先のお客様の現場で働くが、自社オフィスに出社する必要のある業務も有り
- 入社後のパフォーマンスやプロジェクト状況により正社員登用の可能性有り
- More than 2 years of work experience
- More than fluent level of Japanese and conversational level of English
- Good communication skills and good documentation skills to join the group meetings with the internal IT team & customers & help make documents (reports/minutes/documents etc.);
- Not necessary with IT technical skills but with IT knowledge is preferred;
- Working onsite at the customer in Central, sometimes may come to the office
