Our client, a Japanese Logistic & Forwarder is seeking for a Sales to join their team in Hong Kong.
Job Description:
· Oversee the HR Division and manage the full spectrum of HR services Develop and motivate HR team members to ensure the effective delivery of HR services· Take charge of HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement· Manage HR reports in an accurate and timely manner· Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR policies and initiatives in line with the corporate goals and values
Job Requirements:
· Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration· Minimum 5 years’ hands-on all-round HR experience preferably in sizeable companies of which 2 years should be at supervisory level· Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related laws· Experience in HRIS implementation a definite advantage· Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Capable of performing multi-tasks independently with strong problem solving and analytical skills· Good command of English and Chinese
