Our client, a world leading electronic manufacturer focus on consumer electronic product. They are currently seeking a right candidate for following position.
Japanese Speaking Human Resources and Administration Manager - Electronics Manufacturer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team to handle full spectrum of Human Resource operation and project.
- Review, advise, implement, on company policies and procedure
- Provide support and training to junior staff and coaching the team to meet high standard of service level.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
•Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• 6 - 8 years relevant Human Resource & Administration experience gained from MNC / FMCG. .
• Fluent in Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must
•Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Less experience will be considered for junior position.
Package:
- 5-days work week
- Double pay
•Discretionary Bonus
•Up to $40K
