Work details
Main Duties:
- Support to Sales Manager for Sales & Marketing activities;
- Daily communicate with customers (Distributors)
- Handle Sales Order in ERP System
- Communicate with Shipping Section for delivery
- Attend Marketing & Merchandising Meeting (currently in US & Europe area) twice per year
- Supervise general Sales & Merchandising routine duties
- Contact group company located in China for some order arrangements in written & spoken Mandarin
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of related working experience is preferred
- Hardworking, responsible, with self-initiative and as well as a team player
- Language: Good English and Mandarin
- Available as soon as possible
- PC software knowledge (word, excel, power point)
