<Job Responsibilities>
- Follow up on orders and arrange shipment documents for export to overseas/ import from overseas
- Book shipment according to orders, issue shipping documents and invoices
- Manage shipping data by using Excel and Tradelink
- Coordinate with internal teams (factories, warehouse and so on) and external suppliers for shipment follow-up
- Responding to inquiries
- Translation duties
- Support admin duties
- Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- 3 years or more experience of related shipping clerk
- Conversational level of Japanese and English, business level of Mandarin, native level of Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Work experience of using Tradelink is advantage
- Stable person and wiling to have routine work
