<Job Responsibilities>
- Purchasing sales and sales of luxury jewelry and watches at store
- Sales of second-hand luxury brand-name goods
- Handling individual customers' claim
- Report to Japanese HQ (Sales reports etc)
- Starting with studying the products to handle and getting training on how to serve customers and make assessments in Japan (2-3 weeks).
- Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- More than business level of Japanese language skill to have smooth communication with Japanese HQ
- Business level of English language skill, Mandarin or Cantonese language skill
- Work experience in Sales (BtoC) or Customer service job is preferable
- Work experience in Japanese companies or experience of studying abroad in Japan
- Strong will to achieve a career promotion and salary increase asap
- Be able to get training in Japan for 2-3 weeks
- Fresh and less-experienced candidates are welcome!
