<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle orders from clients in China and Southeast Asia
• Place orders to group companies in Japan and Thailand
• Prepare and follow up POs to ensure a timely delivery
• Prepare shipping documents
• Liaise with JPHQ regarding sample preparation
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
