Job duties
・Ensuring all company standards are met during service
・Handle daily shop operations
・In charge of daily shop operations, stock management
・Responsible for cashier and inventory management, product display and book keeping
・Ad hoc duties
Requirement
・Minimum 3 years’ management experience in Food & Beverage industries
・Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
・English or Japanese speaker will be advantage
・In-depth knowledge of F&B operations
・Able to manage staff shift
