Work details
<Job Responsibilities>
-Attend meetings with clients for negotiation with Sales staff. (B to B and to C sales)
-General clerical supports, e.g., data input, preparing reports, invoicing, coordinating the delivery and logistic services etc
-Assist preparation of related documents and reports
-Attend the regular jewelry show in Wanchai on weekends (around once in 3 months).
-Support ad-hoc assignments and projects
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
-Conversational skill in Japanese
-Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
