<Job Responsibilities>
• Issue P/O, S/O, D/O, invoice and shipping document
• Liaise with the suppliers in Japan and clients in US, Europe, SEA regarding the shipment schedule
• Prepare sales reports
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 3 years of shipping experience
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
