<Job Responsibilities>
. Job Description: Supply Chain Management SALES
(A series of supply and demand management from Japan suppliers until they are purchased and delivered to customers)
・Product arrangement (arrangement management based on customer demand)
・Delivery date adjustment (coordination with customers and suppliers when a problem occurs, escalation to Japan)
・Quotation support (price management at the time of unit price revision)
・Preparation of sales forecasts (estimation of sales forecasts at the beginning of the month and end of the month)
・Response to quality problems (recognizing problems that have occurred and following up until they are resolved in cooperation with suppliers)
・Debt management and negotiation when problems arise
・Conclusion of contracts
・Others (various coordination and negotiations, sales expansion operations, etc.)
・Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・3-4 years of Sales experiences will be advantage
・Business level of English, mandarin and Japanese
・Be able to communicate with Japanese HQ in Japanese
・Proficient in MS (Excel)
・Willing to perform business trip
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Immediately available is preferred
・Previously work in electronic trading company as Sales is advantage
