Assistant Manager (Digital Transformation)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Lead Business Process improvement (BPI) projects and system development projects from the planning stage to the implementation stage, and report the progress to the department head constantly;
• Analyze the reasons and provide the best solutions to internal users and business partners when seeing the needs or being consulted;
• Liaise with system vendors in Japan and China to oversee the system development schedule;
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the department head.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related discipline
• At least 3 years of solid experience in team management of Business Process Improvement projects and system development related project and operation management is a must
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
