<Job Responsibilities>
• Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of servers (cloud and on-premises) and network infrastructure, troubleshoot network and server-related issues.
• Lead a small IT team to maintain company-wise IT infrastructure, develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Design, setup and configure network equipment, supporting wireless and wired systems, and have in-depth experiences in Microsoft platforms and productivity tools like M365 suites.
• Explore through communications with the management, business, and operational teams to identify the company's information and technological needs, in order to develop the annual IT plan.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain communication with the headquarters group company on policies and related projects.
• Review, design, and implement system security measures, policies, and components to safeguard company data. Manage security project implementation. Implement security measures, including malware removal and installation of security software, to safeguard systems.
• Manage and assess the work performance of the IT department to comply with the requirements of the Annual IT Audit and IT Operating Guidelines, including the regular conduct of system audits.
• Handle IT procurement process and asset management. Including hardware, software and ICT service agreement. managing project schedule; Participate in different types of IT projects.
• Coordinate project schedules and budgets by liaising with vendors and internal users;
• Evaluate technology-related risks and design comprehensive disaster recovery plans and backup procedures to safeguard business operations.
• Perform additional IT-related tasks as required to support evolving business needs

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• IT Professional certificates like ITIL, PMP would be advantageous
• Minimum of 7 years of management-level experience for IT, preferably in the logistics, or 3PL industry.
• Knowledge & experience in CargoWise system will be advantageous;
• Must have good knowledge in administrate Microsoft Server (2019 or newer) and desktop platforms, Hands-on experience on Cloud Computing, knowledge in setting up and configuring firewalls (SonicWALL), LAN switching, Wi-Fi (Aruba), Server Room equipment, IP Sec VPN, MS Windows Server, Website maintenance;
• Solid experience on structural cabling, server room design and build, network and server architecture, IP CCTV and IP Phone systems (Avaya);
• New office site setup and relocation experience will be advantageous;
• Willing to get involved with different tasks and projects when assigned;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds.
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Manager
