Company Overview
Our client, a famous Japanese company is looking for a candidate to join their team.
Job Description
• Handle end-to-end recruitment function for the company including but not limited to discussing recruitment needs with various departments, job ad drafting & posting, CV screening and conducting interviews.
• Provide assistance to other HR functions when necessary with focus on payroll and orientation.
• Assess HR policies and provide advice on improvement
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management
• 3 – 5 years of working experience in all-round HR functions, specialized experience in recruitment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Japanese and Chinese

• Salary: Up to 20 – 25K (Negotiable)
• Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 18:00
