Sales Manager (North East Asia)

This international company is a world leading supplier of raw material for textile and nonwovens industry. With production sites in all major markets as well as a worldwide network of sales and marketing offices, the company has a new opening for their North East Asia business:


Responsibilities:


• Responsible for the direct and indirect sales for the region
• Maintains customer intimacy and regular contact with business partners
• Delivery of sales budget under the direction of Regional Commercial Director
• Identification and feedback of market activities and potential opportunities for company
• Works closely with business development team to develop specific business with customers to promote and position the company’s products
• Keeps contact with the company’s technical customer service teams in Asia and all other regions
• Investigates direct and indirect customer feedback and complaints in conjunction with TCS
• Manages the administration of nonwoven sales activities for NEA customers
• Answers queries on both stock and dispatch – liaises with the sales admin team
• Participates in and supports organizing nonwoven exhibitions in Asia region and global basis




Requirements:


• Bachelor Degree in International Business / BBA / Textile Engineering
• 6-8 years’ experience in direct sales and knowledge of distribution models in Asia countries. 
• Good understanding of Fiber industry / Nonwoven products / Personal Care products / Hygiene products / FMCG is preferred.
• Commercial awareness of supply chain elements and influences is added value.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, spoken and written English and Mandarin are compulsory. 
• The position can be located in Hong Kong or Taiwan so candidates from both locations are welcome to apply.
