Our client, a Japanese famous F&B company is looking for suitable candidate as the following:
Job Description
-Handle general HR duties(payroll, recruitment)
-Responsible for the recruitment of store staffs
-Support shop staffs shift roster
-Assist the shop if there is lack of staffs(not frequent, 1/annual)
-Other ad-hoc duties related to office work
Requirements
-At least 2 years HR experience
-Sales experience at retail stores is a plus
-Experience in supporting evaluation system is a plus
-Good command in English and Japanese
-Team player with high sense of responsibility, able to work independently, detail-minded with good communication skills
