Japanese Speaking Senior Licensing Officer - Toys

Company Overview
Our client, a famous Japanese toys company is looking for below candidate to fill their team

Job Description
•Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees; and liaise with active licensees of both existing and developing markets in order to achieve sales targets
•Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets for proper licensing strategies formulation and ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets
•Work with legal team to finalize agreement signing, handle counterfeit and trademark registration issues
•Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets
•Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling

Requirements
•Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
•At least 4 years working experience in character licensing business
•Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills
