Our client , a famous manufacture company is now looking for the candidate as below
Job Description
-handle the recruitment action
-update and implement of HR policies and procedures,
-handle and liaise of HRM system related issues, salary and attendance record related for Hong Kong and oversea office,
-support all Japanese expatriates
-handle basic admin work Including assist and coordinate PC and IT related issues, document control and filing, general cost control, office maintenance
- assist in insurance related issues
- Provide all-rounded HR and GA support to all subsidiary companies and offices
- Support all activities related to ISO9001 and ISO14001 once a year
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements
-Higher Diploma or above with minimum 3 years relevant experience
-Fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
-Experience in Japanese company is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office Applications like MS Excel, Word and Outlook
-Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and hard working
-Able to work independently
