Programmer / Analyst Programmer – Motor Manufacturer

Company Overview
Our client, one of the world largest small-electric-motor manufacturer, is looking for a high caliber to fill their team in Hong Kong as a Programmer / Analyst Programmer

Job Description
• Responsible for customizing, enhancing and maintaining application systems.
• Responsible for systems analysis and design.
• Provide system support on more complex user enquiries and production problems.
• Establish quality assurance processes and testing strategies.
• Ensure auditory and regulatory compliance.
• Provide first line support in resolving problems/issues encountered in users' daily use of IT
• Assist in system administration work of the computer network, monitoring performance of systems, and backing up of servers and IT systems.
• Assist in system testing, troubleshooting and solve any IT related problem.
• Perform IT capacity planning.
• Handle ad-hoc job tasks and projects.

Requirements
• Degree Holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Min. 1 yrs experience in IT industry or fresh graduate will be considered
• Solid systems development experience and problem solving skills
• Design, development and testing methodologies
• IBM DB2 / DB2 iSeries, C#.NET, Java J2EE and MS Access
• Working knowledge of CL and RPG programming languages is preferred.
• Web application development technology
• RDBMS database structures and design
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP and/or MCSE/MCITP will be an advantage
• Experience in managing a MS Windows environment with MS Active Directory, MS Windows Sever 2003/20008R2/2012, and MS SQL Sever
• Competent in troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows or Lotus Domino
• Experience and knowledge on Cisco will be an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as 'Analyst Programmer'

Additional Job Information
Package:
• Salary: 13K – 20K (negotiable and depends on experience)
• Work Hours: 8:10 – 17:00
