Our client, a Japanese insurance company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Assist and be in charge of general HR & Administration duty
-Support the Japanese manager
-Prepare Employment Contract, Payroll and MPF
-Translation between Japanese and English
-Manage and update staff information
-Correspond to visitors through Tel and email
-Assist in any ad-hoc duties
Requirements
-At least 2 years experiences in HR/Administration role
-No experience in related role but good Japanese skills is considerable
-Proficient in Japanese and English
-Self-motivated and able to work independent
