Job Description
-To provide logistic support including phone inquiries, internal documents preparation, and other office works upon request
-To facilitate business operation, by purchase order tracking, coordination with distributors, and Japan/China HQ and customers
-Prepare for sales data analysis, and report formation
-Provide marketing and advertising support
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Experience in Admin and Sales support/Coordinator is preferred
-Good command of Mandarin
-Proficiency in MS office
-Occasional China/overseas travel
-Cheerful and has communication skills
