Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Shosya company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Mainly correspond to dispute resolution in China; such as litigation, arbitration of disputes, etc.
-Confirm timely and accurate various contract documents in Chinese, English, and Japanese
-Provide and draft company policies & office regulation, and disclose information
-Support report preparation; such as Annual report, sustainability report, or cooperate governance report if necessary
-Business trip to China (approx. once a week )
Requirements
-Degree holder in Law, or related disciplines
-Above 5 years of compliance / regulatory experience
-Working experience in legal/law firm or legal section in some big enterprise preferred
-Excellent command of Chinese required (Native level in Chinese preferred)
-Business level in English & Japanese required,
Additional Job Information
Package
-HKD 35,000 ~ ( Negotiable / Depends on experience )
-Mon – Fri / Working hour 09:00-17:00
-Double pay & Discretionary Bonus
