Job Description
•Supervise and work with the local HR team to provide full spectrum of professional HR services
•Review, develop and implement various HR processes, policies and programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness and in compliance with local legislation and company practice
•Identify and address improvement opportunities in all HR functions to link with business goals
•Lead and participate in projects or ad-hoc assignments when assigned
Requirements
•Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines; MBA is an advantage
•At least 10 year’s solid hands-on HR experience from multinational/sizable company of which at least 3 years in managerial role and experience with developing a HRIS is an essential
•Highly developed people management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence people at all levels
•Mature, responsible, independent, detail-minded, and able to adapt changes
•Strong problem solver with outstanding communication & presentation skills in written and spoken English & Chinese
•Strong PC skills
