Our client, a worldwide buying company focused in sportswear is expanding their business in Japan and looking for a candidate with the following:
Job Description
-Partner with key stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region to analyze E-Commerce process and integration gaps, elicit and capture complete and unambiguous system requirements, and break down complex processes into workable units
-Listen to stakeholders in order to understand the high level objectives down to the fine details and convert to accurate functional and non-functional requirements that Global E-commerce team and others can act upon
-Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements, and communicate changes and decisions to the relevant stakeholders and teammates
-Represent user, system, functional and non-functional requirements using traditional modeling artifacts that are efficient for UA
-Develop test plans and test scenarios in accordance with business requirements
-Execute and document test results including functional and regression scenarios
-Lead training and User Acceptance Testing for regional teammates
-Provide level one support to local E-commerce team when they have questions or issues on SFCC(Sales Force Commerce Cloud) Escalate and coordinate until its resolved if it’s needed
Requirements
-Proven track record with industry leading companies utilizing strong problem solving and analytical skills to understand business challenges and opportunities in the context of the requirements
-5 years of proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis within the E-commerce industry, knowledge of the SFCC(Sales Force Commerce Cloud) platform is a plus
-Experience working within teams using waterfall and agile methodologies
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex and technical concepts breakdown to appropriate level, and the courage to ask compelling and clarifying questions to ensure accuracy and understanding
-Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment with tight deadlines
-Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments concurrently and deliver on commitments
-A sincere and contagious passion for building Under Armour, and a fit with UA cultural values.
-Fluency in English and Japanese is a must
