Our Client, a sizable Japanese mfg is looking for a talent to fill up their team.
Job Description
•Provide full spectrum of Human Resources services to employees and line managers of the group and its affiliates in South China region, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employment movement formalities, employee relations, personnel data reporting & analysis
•Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and projects
•Liaise with external service vendors and consultants, and advice to internal customers
•Handle any ad-hoc assignments as instructed by supervisor
Requirements
•Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
•Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
•Experience in sizable Japanese companies is preferred
•Well-versed in employment-related regulations of HK & PRC
•Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application
•Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team player, well organized and able to work under pressure
•Immediate available is highly preferred
