Japanese speaking administrator

Company Overview
Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for the Japanese speaking administrator.

Job Description
•Conduct PC set-up and registration for new entry of colleagues
•Liaise with system operating companies to solve PC and network trouble shooting when necessary
•PC check-up (HK 30, PRC70 staffs) once a year
•Prepare system documentation, procedure manuals & IT handbook policy when necessary
•Any admin supporting duties as assigned (e,g, data entry, booking of hotel, order stationary and dairy goods, write email of application to headquarter,accounting related documentation (depends on knowledge)
)

Requirements
•Good command of English, Mandarin
•Japanese speakers must be advantage (※prepare internal control documentation in Japanese when necessary)
•Immediate available candidates are highly preferred.
•Experiences in admin works including basic technical support (e.g. set-up of PC , dealing with system trouble )

Additional Job Information
• Basic Salary UP to 20K depends on experiences
• Double pay + dis bonus
